What Miles Owens doesn't like about Starbucks:
Annika, (the lady that took our order) was very rude. Shamed us for not knowing the names of the sizes and names of drinks. Talked to us like we were little children. Would give one star but drinks made by the other very nice employees tasted good. View all feedback.

Turns out that after 10 AM they stop making a stronger roast coffee. I had to wait while she did a special order for me. Kudos to the young lady.
I love this Starbucks! I was pretty close to their closing time and when I saw they were all starting to clean the espresso machine I told them I would just come back another time. But both Wonderful Barista's insisted on making my drink! Both these wonderful ladies went the extra mile to take care of me.
Rushed down to get here before 8 and we are at the counter at 7:58 and the lady says sorry we close at 8 and turned the lights off on us. Great customer service skills there ?
This is also listed as a drive-through and it is not a drive-through. It is inside of a grocery store.
