My friend and I decided to try it for the first time today, and to our pleasant surprise, there wasn’t a single person in line! The man who took our order was incredibly patient and friendly. When we reached the drive-thru, he maintained a cheerful demeanor and a great attitude. Not only was the service excellent, but the drinks also tasted fantastic! The best part is that you can order from the sandwich shop at the same time if you’re in the mood for a delicious afternoon lunch. This place is definitely underrated, and I really hope more people come to check it out, especially on Sunday afternoons like today!

However, the yo... read more I had a terrible experience at this restaurant today! There were only three staff members working, so the drive-thru was closed, which was fine. However, the young man at the register seemed really confused about what to do. Another employee, who was supposed to be on the clock, was too busy chatting with a friend in the back who clearly shouldn’t have been there. Meanwhile, one employee was struggling to serve the long line of customers waiting for their sandwiches. I paid $3 for a flat soda with no mix-ins, but the overwhelmed teen couldn't find the right ones, and the female employee wasn't much help either! Save your money and head to Maverick instead, where you can make your own mixed drinks! This place has definitely gone downhill.

I don't drink soda, so I was very happy to see they have soda water options. Everything I've tried has been so good. I switch between the Peachy Colada and Wild Raspberry. Add fresh limes or coconut cream to any drink and it makes it even better. The employees are always very nice and patient as I stare at the menu for 5 minutes even though I end up getting the same thing every time. Tuesdays are double stamps on the loyalty cards. They are cheap compared to some other drink spots. Anyone complaining about drink mess-ups, the employees would have no problem fixing it for you. Eyeroll ?

Today I decided I wanted a fun drink and... read more I've been to Sipsanity and Port of Subs a few times now. The food and drinks are great but the employees need training. Today I decided I wanted a fun drink and came into the store. There were 4 employees there at the time. One was building a sandwich and the other 3 were wandering. I stood there in line for 5 minutes with the employees just staring at me. No greeting, no help. I waited 2 3 more minutes and left. It was pretty disappointing having the service be so poor for how delicious the food is.
