Would give 6 out of 5 stars if I could! The food here is DELICIOUS. The drunken noodles are some of the best I’ve ever had. The massaman curry is delicious and you can tell they use quality ingredients. They brought out a cute little plastic plate, fork, spoon and cup for my toddler. So sweet! Then they brought him a little ice cream which was so kind and thoughtful. I would highly recommend this place! The interior... View all feedback.
What Steve H doesn't like about Banana Blossom Thai Cuisine:
8/12/2023: I believe this is the only Thai restaurant in St. George, UT. It is fairly spacious. It was hot outside and they should have cooked the dining room better. Service speed and food availability was average. The pineapple chicken fried rice rated 7/10 (chicken saltless). The shrimp pad thai rates 8/10, could have been more peanut-y. View all feedback.
Food is delicious. Delivery took 1/2hour longer than projected.

The interior design is a bit eccentric but for sure give the food a try.Vegetarian options: You can order a lot of dishes without meat
If we could give 10 Stars we would. No, 1000. Absolutely delightful!Hubby said: His Thai Fried Jasmine Rice was AMAZING!My Vegetable Green Curry was the BEST I'VE EVER HAD! Such a flavorful masterpiece of colors, textures, portion size, and loaded with nutrition. The complimentary soup was pure and simple. Lightly seasoned broth with lightly offered Peas, Carrots, and Green Onions. It was a little slow when we arrived at 12:15 pm. We wanted to stand on the street and wave people in! Then suddenly groups and couples began arriving. Comfortable seating was plentiful.Vegetarian options: Vegetable Curry with Tofu, all plantbased. Vegetable rice also. Vegetable soups. Rice Noodles. Gluten Free.
I got the Thai fried rice and it was so good! If I lived here, I would definitely return often. The spice scale that they use is perfect.
Taste :4.4/5Environment: 4.2/5Service:4.5/5Thai food in St. George, Utah, you should definitely check out Banana Blossom Thai Cuisine. This restaurant offers a variety of dishes that are flavorful, fresh, and satisfying. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the ambiance is cozy and inviting. One of the highlights of my visit was the special curry, which was a rich and creamy coconut-based curry with chicken, potatoes, carrots, onions, and peanuts. The curry had a perfect balance of sweetness, spiciness, and tanginess. It was served with jasmine rice and a crispy roti bread that was great for dipping.Another dish that I enjoyed was the pineapple curry, which was a fruity and fragrant curry with shrimp, pineapple chunks, bell peppers, basil, and kaffir lime leaves. The pineapple added a nice touch of acidity and freshness to the dish. The shrimp were tender and juicy, and the curry sauce was smooth and aromatic. The mango curry was also delicious, especially for dessert lovers. It was a sweet and creamy curry with chicken, mango slices, cashew nuts, and raisins. The mango gave the dish a tropical flavor and a bright yellow color. The cashew nuts and raisins added some crunch and texture to the dish. The chicken was moist and tender, and the curry sauce was thick and sweet.Banana Blossom Thai Cuisine is a gem in St. George that offers authentic Thai food at reasonable prices. The portions are generous and the flavors are amazing. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who loves Thai food or wants to try
