My friend and I both enjoyed the pizza. Personally, I typically prefer thicker crusts, so I probably wouldn't have chosen a thin crust if given the option. However, the menu had a good selection of non-vegan options and the flavor was excellent. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Pieology:
The only vegan crust available is gluten-free and resembled a dense tortilla, so we weren't expecting much. However, we were pleasantly surprised to find that the pizza was actually quite good. View all feedback.

Although it's great to have a vegan crust option, it would be even better if the regular crust was also vegan.
The only vegan option at the restaurant was gluten-free, but the ingredients were not fresh. The cilantro looked unappetizing and the spinach was not well-prepared. The fruit drinks seemed to be made from powder mixtures and were not fresh or tasty.
My husband and I enjoyed the pizza at this restaurant. I typically prefer thicker crusts, so if there had been an option, I may have chosen differently. However, I appreciate having a variety of choices at non-vegan restaurants, and the flavor of the pizza was delicious.
