What Abigail Mann doesn't like about El Mejor Mexican Grill:
I requested to speak with the manager, but she never came over. When we went to pay, I asked again to speak with her. After finally discussing our experience, she informed me that there was nothing she could do about the situation. It turned into a truly unpleasant dining experience, and given that the manager seemed unconcerned about my frustration, we've decided not to return. View all feedback.
