What 1969ws likes about The Queens Head:
Just stopped here for lunch. Great ambience and service. I was disappointed that the ribs were not on the lunch menu, however they sorted it for me and they were absolutely delicious along with everything else we had. View all feedback. What George S. Raptis doesn't like about The Queens Head:
Sunday roast was good. The people who paid £17 for a small chicken burger felt cheated. The menu didn't suggest in any way it was a burger. Certainly not as advertised. Atmosphere was fine, if you look closely it looks tired and corners cut. It it was on average £14 per main it would be outstanding. But its £18 for a main, and at that price you want something more special. View all feedback.

read moreNestled in a bustling area, this restaurant offers a mix of experiences, with a friendly atmosphere and dedicated staff. While some diners rave about the deliciously presented dishes, such as smoked roast beef, others express disappointment over inconsistent food quality and long wait times, particularly for mains. Prices tend to be on the higher side, leaving some patrons feeling that value for money is lacking. Nevertheless, those seeking a vibrant setting for special occasions, complete with commendable cocktails, may find it worth a visit. Ultimately, expectations should be tempered, especially regarding flavors and wait durations.
