From pre-ordered starters never arriving, chaotic organization, long wait times for food, and rude staff, the experience was less than satisfactory. Fortunately, a visit to Pizza Express proved to be a delightful contrast. The staff was friendly and welcoming, the food was delicious, and the overall dining experience was fantastic. With exceptional service, delicious food, and a bright, clean atmosphere, Pizza Express received high praise and a top rating. In contrast to this positive experience, other customers were let down by unfriendly staff and slow service at a different restaurant.
I had a wonderful time at this restaurant and truly enjoyed my experience. The manager and staff were lovely, and the food was absolutely incredible. I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone looking for a great dining experience with a smile. My server had vibrant hair and was delightful. I would give this restaurant a 10/10 recommendation.
A great thank you to the nice personal here that made me a complimenting pizza yesterday with vegan mozzarella. I have recently become allergic to milk products and the best way to avoid milk is to seek vegan food, so I really appreciate it. it was wonderful to discover, I can still eat pizza.
Very efficient, friendly and attentive dame was our server. good and tasty warm food. they often visit their main competitors, but will definitely come back here.
We visited for lunch today and had a great experience. Despite the Manager being the only server the service was quick, the food was excellent and the atmosphere was lovely. The Manager was so friendly and full of helpful recommendations on what to choose.
Lovely, friendly and attentive staff despite being very busy. I am a vegan and I was blown away by the menu choices, refreshing the be able to have alternatives to suit the vegans e.g. GARLIC BUTTER (non diary) DOUGH BALLS!!!! Fresh and quality ingredients with timely service. I would highly recommend
