A very busy store but the attention to detail by all the staff make the experience a little magical. I said my purchase was for a present but in fact it is reliving last Christmas. I have also bought a box as a present, yum!! View all feedback.
What Victoria doesn't like about Chocolat:
I had the Billionaire's ice cream Sundae which including a 10% VIP card discount cost £4.45. The ice cream was already extremely runny as I started eating and within a couple of minutes my pot looked more like milk shake than ice cream. As for the flavour nothing at all special much better quality ice cream available at a smaller cost for a larger quantity. I Will not even bother with the hot chocolate in the winter... Great place to sit outside with a very cheap coffee
It was my first visit today, and it was a wonderful experience! such nice coworkers, I really wish I had blown on me to leave a beautiful tipp. beautiful quality to us today that I will never forget! will definitely return. also beautiful drinks!

In my experience at the moment the staff are very nice, they make sure that the costumer is happy. also very polite as soon as they have seen that the costumer comes, they welcome it. the chocolates are very beautiful, actually in addiction .. I love the cream on the top of my drink. I love it.
We had fantastic service when my friend, her little girl and I went to the hotel chocolat café in bury on Tuesday. we both had the new blood orange hot chocolates that are delicious. I usually don't like cream on my hot chocolate, but the HC version is so velvety and significant, it's delicious! the lady who served us was so friendly, unhappy talk and went beyond and beyond to make our quick stop of a drink really special.
