Contribute FeedbackFishbones in Greektown presents a mixed dining experience. While the restaurant boasts an extensive craft beer selection and a lively atmosphere enhanced by New Orleans-style jazz, the food quality fluctuates. Guests appreciate well-prepared dishes like sashimi and calamari but criticize the temperature and creativity of some entrees; several complaints highlight cold plates and expensive prices, particularly for simple offerings. Service generally receives praise, with attentive staff enhancing the experience. However, the dark ambiance complicates bill clarity, leading to unintended double tipping. Overall, while many enjoy their visits, several diners feel there’s room for improvement.
Our server was great. The food came out Luke warm and was just good. Nothing to rave about for the price. It was not noisy because it was early.
The disappointment was that the barramundi fish we wanted to order based on the online menu was not available in the restaurant.
Donnie our waiter is amazing and always on point! I request his area every time we go!
The food was average. The service was satisfactory. The atmosphere was pleasant but nothing exceptional.
I always enjoy dining at Fishbones because the food and drinks are consistently top-notch. Yesterday, my cousin and I visited and were served by the delightful waitress named Joy C. She was incredibly friendly and lived up to her name by bringing us exceptional service.
