I love historical buildings with speakeasies in the basement. The musician was not decorated to. Actually he was about a two or three but the quaint little bar when you walk in on your left was cool and the little room on your ride where the singer saying while you waited to get into the big easy was very quaint View all feedback.
What James Kleinke doesn't like about Veranda Lounge:
Went to the speakeasy tonight the waitress set me at a table, several spots open at the bar as well as open tables, the rest of my party was up stairs the hostest asked the waitress to ask me to leave and give up my table as I did not go thru her but went in a side door I guess. Never been asked to leave a bar with open tables. I guess they are doing OK since they can ask patrons to leave. Happy to spend for cocktail... View all feedback.

Great atmosphere and great drinks! Live music as well!
I visited your establishment last night with a friend of mine. When I first got there I waited while 3 if your bartenders passed me several times and never asked if I needed help. I finally asked them for help. Then we went to the Speak Easy and I must say I was very disappointed in the lack of diversity in the place. Your pictures are from the 1920’s but the only pictures on the wall are white people. Also there is no diversity in your selection of music.
Awesome live music Friday and Saturday. Huge whiskey selection and amazing cocktails.
Great place,as a brit on travels was made to feel very welcome by friendly staff and locals too. Highly t
