I ordered the lunch plate with orange chicken and grilled teriyaki, and it was delicious. I definitely plan on coming back. I was impressed by the management's commitment to safety and social distancing, especially during the busy lunch rush when I visited. Not only was my food hot and fresh, but the restaurant also showed care for the community by ensuring that customers and staff were safe.

However, during a recent visit, I found that most of the meal was enjoyable except for the Beijing beef, which was mushy. Additionally, the TVs were not turned on and the place was freezing due to the -10 degree temperature outside. The interior front door kept swinging wide open every time the outer doors were opened, causing the restaurant to become even colder. As a result, the food ended up getting cold before we finished eating. I recommend installing space heaters and fixing the interior doors to prevent them from swinging open. It would also be beneficial to keep the side door locked and regularly maintain the broken ice machine.

I was... read more I have always loved this place and while the food remains good the front end staff are just a bunch of high school college kids who don't care about you. I was told it would be a 7 minute wait for the shrimp. I said I would wait. I was told they would bring it to me. I waited 25 minutes in store before I saw other people getting it. Perhaps they forgot about me. Doubt it. Then when I asked for it they looked at me like I was lying. Barely gave it to me. Either train your staff better or get someone who cares at least 15%.

The produc... read more Improvements in my last visit. That was my last and last attempt to keep loving Panda Express. I don't know what happened to the previous two visits. The product was absolutely terrible! This last shot was almost normal again! I ate all my food and loved it again! Keep everything consistent and I will continue to love it.
