Insomnia Cookies - St. Cloud

Gabby had great customer service, really made my short visit enjoyable. She always shows enthusiasm and a good attitude. I always see her hard at work when I come in, and always takes my order in a timely manner. Could not be happier with my previous late night insomnia visit. I will be more than happy to return in the future.

Don’t order online whatever you do. Ordered from them and it was an awful experience not only did I have to reach out to customer service to get my order shipped but when it arrived they shorted us two cookies ordered 12 only got 10. I recommend going in the store and picking up the cookies personally. So disappointed with this experience.

Cookies were good but the customer service was horrible he literally didn't say two words to us I won't be back.

These cookies are expensive but you deserve a treat so go!... 14 cookies for 31.00 bucks but worth every bite!... open late and something to definitely try...OH AND THEY DO NOT TAKE CASH SICE COVID SO HAVE YOUR CARD READY!

The hours say they're open till3:00 a.m. which I would believe why they call it Insomnia Cookies....But I'm sitting outside the door at 1:15 a.m. and it's closed.....Do they need to change their name to go to bed early cookies?I'm only able to give it one star because I wasn't able to purchase any cookies.Oh well I won't be coming back.
