Burger King - St. Cloud

This establishment doesn't have the qualifications to stay open, there's always something missing, i ordered a cold drink with points in the app and they didn't have it and they refunded me with a $3 coupon i placed an order today 07/04/24 and applied the coupon and paid 4 BACON KING, when I get to the drive-thru, the attendant says something is missing, and they always say there's nothing in the store, that store can't stay open.

I refuse to eat this garbage or be treated like my money isn't valued

I haven't eaten Burger King in 5 years and now I remember why... Quality has absolutely disappeared. Ordered the #1. Fries and burger were cold as if they had been sitting there. They put a pound of Mayonnaise on the burger and the whole thing was soggy and falling apart in your hands. They left the old inedable dried skin on The sliced Onion which you can't chew felt like i bit the wrapper. What kind of situation are you in Burger King? This is absolutely unacceptable. corporate needs to come down here and do a quality check or close down the business because you're making the company as a whole look worst than already does.

The worker are slow and act like they dont care and everytime someone order upfront the manager seems to run off somewhere ignoring the customers and the other worker ignore the customers too im taking about the st cloud burger king on 13th street

Just close the doors.Food is horrible service is awful . You have better luck digging through a dumpster to eat it’s that bad
