Great local place we love to stop at when in the area. It is very well known and visited by the locals. The restaurant is large and can accommodate a lot of people. It is clean and the staff is friendly. The food is hot, fresh and you don’t have to wait for it. You can enjoy a nice meal with friends or you grab something for a quick bite because it’s already prepared. Like is said the food is very good, but it is very reasonable priced. Two meals and a drink was $18. In today’s work you can barely eat one fast food meal for that price. Highly recommend Mehlman’s if you are in the area.

Ordered apple dumpling to take home and very disappointed! The apple was partially cooked and partially raw.

The food is good. Some of the recipes have changed over the years. I can't give 5 star like I would of years ago as some stuff is not as good as it once was. Still a place I always stop at when traveling through.

The place is a la carte, everything I have ever gotten their was good. Only been there twice. Cause I live over 2 hrs away. But when I'm out that way and hungry. It's a good place to eat. The inside could use updating.
