Both large Onion rings were old and oily all 3 of the melts were barely browned and quite frankly the women was rude and rushed us through the whole transaction as if they're not there to get paid. View all feedback.
Stopped here to get breakfast. Asked for a sausage egg and cheese crossanwich, substitute for a regular bun, with mayo and onion. We get this order all of the time. The lady at the drive through told us she couldn 't put it on a regular bun because it counts toward inventory . Didnt even order after she said that. Really it 's just being lazy. If you put on the substitute with the order, it will count toward the inventory. Needless to say, we will never be back. Used to be a decent place.
They always have me pull forward after paying. I believe it is so the vehicle pulls off the sensor, and in their system it appears as if they have served this order quicker than they actually have...in turn it forces the employees to walk the extra distanceto deliver the order, which I see as wasted non value added movement. I have sat here a few times, and they do it to many vehicles, most of which do not have another order behind them. So much wasted effort, for what an inaccurate feedback in their system? The food is mediocre at best, fries are always a touch old...not like the fries from this store a couple of years ago. Don't force your employees to generate false order times.

Stopped at st clairsville location ordered dbl wopper with no cheese med fry.. what I received single wopper with cheese small fry . Stopped here so didn't have to cook . Well didn't work in my favorite .. looks like I won't be back there ?
After sitting 3 cars back waiting to give my order, asked to wait at speaker which turned out to be a 5 minute wait. Still 4 cars lined up behind me, found they were taking and preparing 1 order at a time so there was only one car at the drive thru window. Took 12 minutes total to get a double cheeseburger and onion rings.There has been some trouble here lately. Slow service, wrong orders. Reported on the link on the receipt twice this past week but no manager ever responded. The location is convenient to me but might have to start going out of my way for better service.
