Jersey Mike's Subs - St. Clair Shores

We went for lunch yesterday and ate inside , the place is nice and clean . All the staff were very friendly and helpful. I had the #2 , Jersey Mikes famous and she had the #17 , the Philly Cheesesteak. Mine was really good but the Philly was just ok , kind of salty tasting but still decent . I did use some Jersey points so that helped for sure . I would definitely recommend this location for dine in or carry out.

Doesn't accept cash and they always mess up custom orders

If I could give zero stars I would. Paid for my order and didn’t even tell me they were missing items until I got home. The store changed my order without informing me. Didn’t know until I saw the hand written note on my sandwich bag. When I called and stated I wanted a refund , they first told me they would. But in the end would only offer store credit. Told me they didn’t think changing the order would be “that big of a deal”. Why would I order something a certain way, if I didn’t want it a certain way?!?!? Complete idiots running this place.

There 's no doubt about it, Jersey Mike 's Subs are so fresh and delicious. They are a little on the pricey side, but honestly worth it. You can 't compare to Subway bc they don 't have the fresh ingredients. Their meat is pre sliced and sits out all day, as does the cheese. You can 't substitute that at all. On a scale of 1-10 Jersey.Mikes #1 in my book, Subway 2. Thanks

Went inside in person to inquire about catering prices. Prefer to do this stuff face to face at counter. There was a break at the register and I asked how do I get catering prices. Was told to go online. I did not press any further but that's a pretty ridiculous policy. I was hoping they would be able to give me pricing as I was in their store. Don't make me play your stupid games and fight your dumb website that I don't want to use. Left a bad taste in my mouth. Food always good policy of modern businesses drives me insane.
