First time I’ve ever been to the store and the staff was amazing. Quickly made us feel like we were some of their regulars. They answered all of my questions about loose leaf tea since I am new to it all. Offered samples to us for teas, some delicious sauces we bought and recommended products to elevate our tea drinking experiences. My family and I will definitely be back. Very disappointed! I've been shopping this store for years and every holiday season I stock up on sample packets of coffee and purchase gift certificates for my staff. This year when i came in, I was told you no longer do gift certificates. When i asked why, I could not believe the absurd reason. What could have been an almost $100 sale was only $25. Love this place! The owners are very helpful and super friendly! They have a really fantastic selection. I like bringing friends and family here who haven't been to the area. It's always a hit!
Took a long drive just to get the coffee from here. It's that good!!!
