What User doesn't like about Jimmy John's:
idk we have not had so late food experiences with this place waited 40 min for delivery when the location is 3min drive down my house, we wanted convenient so that we chose the delivery. the meat is minimal and just a bit discouraging, possibly reducing the meat content. $19 for this 3 items with delivery, discouraging for order in the future. a bit disappointed View all feedback.
The food is always good, but the delivery sucks 75% of the time. The last two times I ordered from here, it took 40-50 minutes to come to me for my food and no compensation was offered. While I do not understand the refund policy, I decided not to order the delivery from them anymore. For a place that advertises a fast delivery, they were pretty slow.
Just what u want, great sandwiches, real fast. I love the atmosphere, rock music, clever signs on the walls. Wish they had more diet drink options, only Diet Coke or unsweetened tea.

Placed an online order at 6:14. It arrives at 6:39. My drink is wrong. I call at 6:45. The man says the driver will come back out with my replacement. Great, I’m satisfied. 8:06 hits, no replacement drink. I call to let them know it’s still not here. The driver LIES and said he brought it to my door, rang the bell but no one answered. I have a ring AND an Arlo facing downward on my front steps. You mean to tell me my technology failed twice? And I can’t even get a refund. Lol. Thumbs DOWN!
