Course Coffee Roasters - St. Charles

Course is 5/5, hands down. The coffee is exactly what any enthusiast would want. It is apparent that Brandon, Sarah, and their staff have taken the time to learn the art and science behind everything from sourcing beans, to brewing, to accompanying local eats. My fiancé is definitely a bit of a coffee snob and Course is our go-to for beans for pour overs. If you want good coffee from good people in an exceptionally pleasant atmosphere, this is the place to go.Dietary restrictions: So many options available including dairy-free and low carb.Parking: There is abundant parking in the area.

I kind of consider myself a coffee snob. I like it black and simple. I won 't drink it at home, gas station or from any other big chain etc. So I don 't drink coffee often. Seriously. I like to support local though. Where there 's a real art to crafting a brew. Where knowledge, passion and skill come into play. I like surprises. They always surprise me! That being said. I 've been to many high rated shops and roasters from Portland, Seattle, NY and even some really nice local ones in STL. It 's crazy this place is here in St. Charles, MO of all places. Nothing TOPS them in my opinion. I 'm just blown away, the place and everyone there certainly adds to the experience as short and simple as the moments are. My kid trains at the gym down the street and I always look forward to stopping in every chance I get. Wish they were open later.

Always a delight, excellent service. Great if you want a black coffee or you want to explore different coffee regions. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly. And the baked goods are simply not to be missed!

Great service. The nitro cold brew was just what I was looking for. So good.
