Everytime I stop here to get my grand son a happy meal there is always some kind of issue. Most days the order taker can't seem to handle taking orders. There will be a line out onto the street. The order taker will take the order of car 1 and take that persons money before attempting to take the next order. Which causes a great backup. I am finished with this mcdonald’s. I will never give them my business again. I'm tired of waiting for 10 minutes on the drive-thru for quick food and not even ordering. I absolutely love the morning crew here! i come here for breakfast often with my son. it's the place where everyone knows your name. the staff is so friendly! you don't get that much anymore! they're always smiling, quick to help you they seem to work well with each other!! good job morning crew!!
Great visit. Even though I went through the drive-through it was a good visit. There was no line I pulled right up made my order and pulled right up to the window. The fist lady I saw was nice , clarified my order and I payed her and move to the next window. This lady again was nice handed me my beverage and before I could set my drink down she had my order bagged and was waiting on me. I took the bag and she said goodbye have a great rest of the day and please come back to McDonald's. This visit could have been in a training video. text book. Still you have to give it to everyone a thumbs up. If it wasn't for the training, good management, great employees all working together this visit would not have happened. I just want the employee's and management a pat on the back and keep up the great work.
Went in to order since drive up was too long. Staff was friendly and got my order filled quickly.
Get home to find my Sausage egg cheese mcgrill to be missing some ingredients. This was after they handed me the wrong order.
Shake machine needs to work and be serviced regularly so that customers can enjoy them.
