I visited the restaurant on Sunday morning for breakfast. I had a minor issue with my order of sausage patties, which were hard and burnt on one side. I informed the waitress, who quickly offered to replace them with bacon instead. The manager promptly brought me the bacon and inquired if there was anything else I needed.
