I ordered takeout from this restaurant. The food was hot, but that was the only positive thing. The chicken tenders were dry and shriveled, clearly left in a warmer for hours. It was not appetizing at all. It's shocking that someone thought it was acceptable to serve this kind of food. No amount of sauce can hide the fact that it was not fresh or well-prepared. This is one of the best buffalo wild wings throughout the country. especially when you sit on the bar. she knows how to take care of customers and make every drink they want. eating is amazing, the service is spectacular and they are super clean. warrior mask when they are not on their place, but they do that right. the fried chicken sandwiches and the grilled chicken sandwiches should die. always hot always correct this kitchen has it go! again many thanks for all the good times this restaurant is stored in my favorite! will be back at any time! many thanks for all the good times! the day of the night
Lately I have received an excellent service here. fast preparation and very friendly staff. eating is also delicious!
They got 2 stars because my cobb salad was amazing. But my poor boneless wings were burnt to hell. I had them delivered so I'm stuck with them.
Placed my order at 10:03 pm at 10:45 pm still hadn't gotten my food asked for a refund was told it would go back on my card 24 hours later.1 week had passed and it had not gone back on my card.I still had my receipt went back and got all kind of negative feedback. Still couldn't get my money back nor could get district manager name or number. Talk to the manager that had a bad attitude she finally gave me a order of which I was some what appreciative.But not satisfied..St Charles Mo..Buffalo wild wing is this location this is not my 1st time having a problem at this location, but will be my last.
Juliet was great! everyone should have a server like juliet. she is very attentive and patient. she interacts well with her customers!
