Union Jack Fish and Chips

It would be hard to find anything good about this place, it is cookie cutter, cheap quality and not all that plentiful on portion size, expensive, it is just a piece of fish and some fries , it was just a waste of money, there are better places

We went out of our way to try the Fish and Chips at Union Jacks and it was worth it. Their Fish and Chips were very good, the staff was very knowledgeable about GF and preventing cross contamination including having a dedicated GF fryer. If you are in the Niagara Falls Ontario area I recommend trying this restaurant. As an added bonus there is a dedicated GF bakery a couple of doors down that has a wide array of delicious desserts.

I live close by so always order over the phone and pick up. 2 pc. haddock and chips is large enough to share and priced right. The fish batter is not too thick which is nice. French fries are pretty good. I wish they made their own tartar sauce which would be a nice touch. Coleslaw is okay. This is definitely our favourite fish and chip place.

Tried this restaurant for the first time with my parents who say they have never found a good fish and chip place. This place is very clean. Staff was good. We had the family pack -6 pieces and chips. The platter and fish pieces were huge, fish was not greasy and fries were homecut. My picky father ate 2 large pieces of fish and many fries so he liked it!!!

Thoroughly enjoyed our lunch . My husband and I shared a 2 piece Alaskan Pollock order . It was more than sufficient for the two of us . Our first time there . Recommended by friends , and it is now our preferred location . You won't be disappointed .
