Tim Hortons - St. Catharines

This restaurant is not customer-focused. Upon entering, the staff seem disinterested and preoccupied with other tasks. Despite my repeated mention of wanting a bacon farmer wrap, I received a sausage wrap that was significantly smaller than expected. When I addressed the issue with the manager, she refunded my money, but seemed unconcerned about the poor quality of the food. The restaurant appeared understaffed, with employees chatting instead of attending to customers. During a drive-thru order, the manager failed to give me my change, indicating the staff shortage. Overall, the experience was disappointing and I would not recommend this place. It would be wise to try another restaurant in the area in hopes of a better dining experience.

This situation occurs about twice a week. The restaurant is conveniently located near my workplace, which is why I continue to visit. Unfortunately, on my most recent visit, they made a mistake with my order for the third time in the past 6 or 7 visits. I had ordered a BELT combo with bacon on a raisin cinnamon bagel, hash brown, and coffee, along with some other items. However, they forgot the hash brown and gave me the BELT on a biscuit, which I do not enjoy. This seems to be a recurring issue at this location. I find it frustrating that they still do not have ketchup or salt at the drive-thru window despite my previous complaints. Every time I ask for these condiments, the staff has to leave the window to retrieve them from the preparation counter, which delays my order. If this only happened occasionally, I could understand, but it occurs regularly. It would be beneficial if the management made an effort to improve their service, even if just a little.

We went for lunch today and my husband was ordering his lunch, I however was deciding on new items, and how to swap this for that, she asked my husband was that it for the order he told her I just needed a second more to decide, the look of disgust from this older European lady was uncalled for and shocking, I looked to see if there was a line up, NO ONE, only 3 people sitting at table, due to March storm. With that she turned from me and walked away to not serve me...He took his lunch and I went without. NEVER EVER AGAIN will I go. Horrible service I went to Chef in A Box!!

I had a great experience at this restaurant! The staff was very friendly and the inside was very clean. I enjoyed a delicious Grilled chicken wrap and tried their new spicy chicken soup - both were fantastic!
