Swiss Chalet Rotisserie & Grill

When I placed my order I politely mentioned to the girl that the fries had been very cold the last two times and could I please have fresh fries. I only live 5 minutes away! I had to heat them in my oven both times which pretty much defeats the purpose of ordering out so you don't have to cook. She said, no problem, and wrote something down and we drove home, 5 minutes remember, and they were even colder if that's possible! It's a shame because I really like their food but three times in a row, especially when you're paying $37 for two dinners, is too much. I won't go again.

Haven't been to SC for awhile. No more pecan pie or CAA discount or reward for single meals. Not a fan of the box the takeaway comes in. My fries were all horrid little stumps.

Took out the roast beef dinner..Man, it was so tough that we ended up throwing it out..hardly any mash potatoes.Didn't have the veggies, so I asked if we could have more potatoes, clerk snapped back no without even asking..think twice before ordering the roast beef. Swiss Chalet stick with chicken.

Melissa showed nothing but hospitality from beginning to end! She consolidated her steps which is KEY, she was welcoming and knowledgeable about the menu! Alex was hands on assisting throughout the late lunch push and they exceeded expectations as a team! Then the night team was arriving and assisted them with clearing, wiping and setting tables! Well done team, great teamwork and keep it up! Melissa we will be back!!!

We decided on take out. The chicken was OK. It was the double leg dinner. For dark meet, It was kind of dry. The fries were disgusting!! They were hard and looked like they had been under a heat lamp all day.Especially at $17.99!!I hope the food was better for the people eating in.Will not be going back!
