What User doesn't like about Sunset Grill:
I was shopping at the plaza and decided to grab a quick lunch at this restaurant. I ordered a burger which was pretty tasty until I discovered a large black hair on the inside of the bun beneath all the toppings. It really disgusted me and my husband, causing us to lose our appetite. The server was nice and removed the burger from the bill, but the experience left a negative impression on me. I visited this restaurant on a whim and had trouble making my way to the counter because of how closely people were seated. The food was disappointing - I ordered eggs over easy but the yolk was hard and the toast was cold. I will not be returning to this restaurant on Welland/Bunting Rd. again.
Great place for breakfast. A little more expensive than most breakfast places but worth the money. Staff is friendly.
It's time visit after hearing friends recommend a visit! Great food, service and pleasant place to eat. I won't hesitate to try this restaurant again. Franchise makes choices easier to find!
Everyone there are so kind! Customer service is GREAT. The portions can easily feed two people.The pricing is very reasonable too! The manager/ cook is very approachable.If you love bacon u will be ecstatic with your order...
Tables way to close together. Couldn't get out of my seat when someone at the table behind me. Over-priced and small portions. Arrogant servers.
