Starbucks - St. Catharines

Came in to order a dark roast pour over and honey citrus mint tea. Was greeted by a nice male barista, who said they are out of the tea. He asked his coworker (she was blond) to see if they can do the pour over. She was extremely rude and disrespectful when talking to him. She then started to ask me what's the issue, questioning why I wanted a pour over and was also extremely rude and disrespectful. As a result, I had to leave the store because of the poor service. I frequently go to Starbucks, and have never had a bad experience...This was on Wednesday, August 30, at around 8:00am. This is definitely the last time going to this location.

Every time I go to this location my order is always wrong and I've ordered something off the base menu not something with 14 different add ins. Service is always very slow here which is kind odd as this location is not busy at all.

Good overall experience but no milk or cream out to finish your drink, made asking for room in Americano rather silly.

I stopped in on a drizzly day to a customized green tea latte. It took a while for the staff to try to gather their cleaning items, due to a slower time of the day, before someone came to the cash to take my order. When my drink only, was complete, the girl looked at me and said, Here you go ...I was hoping she would confirm my customized order details, but regardless, it was correct.The drink was perfect. ?

Felt like I was being rushed despite no one else being in the store and my drink was made wrong.
