Edible Options - St. Catharines

Edible Options is a top-notch professional bakery which just happens to be gluten free. The bread they make is the best my wife (who is celiac) has ever had. I also had a piece and it is comparable with regular bread which anyone with celiac knows bread is the hardest thing to replicate. We got a variety of desserts to go (as we had just finished a large lunch next door at Union Jacks Fish and Chips a few doors down) and they were all very good. If you are in St. Catharine's you need to check this bakery out - regardless if you are gf or not.

I was told to be gluten and dairy free two years ago and have suffered through it because I hate gluten free bread. It is so dry! My parents told me about the place and I purchased the multi grain bread. I thought it was expensive at first until I tasted the bread! It is so good! I would never guess that it is gluten free. The desserts looked fantastic. I can't wait to go back and try some dessert.

I am so glad my mom stumbled upon this place. I have had celiac for a year and seriously avoid all GF bread products because I have tried so many, and there are disappointing. Edible Options is absolute heaven for someone with celiac. The bread and the buns are delicious. So soft, so fresh, and perfect flavour. And they will let you taste before you buy which is great. They also will print you an itemized receipt for your taxes. The staff is LOVELY. I cant say enough good things. I will be driving in from Ancaster just so I can enjoy bread products once again. Good day to all. I have found the most delicious bread I have ever bitten into that is gluten free. Shirley (Store Owner) puts out an amazing white bread, cinnamon raisin bread, and multi grain bread. You must come try her bread. The loaves are not small like regular gluten free loaves but huge and you do not have to freeze them. The price is amazing as well. Shirley is a very nice lady who goes the extra mile to please her customers. She is a warm and caring person. Please do yourself a favour and come try her bread!!! I give it two thumbs up!!

My son is celiac and we have tried every Gluten Free Bread in the GTA and beyond. It is either like saw dust or has a funny taste and texture. I don't know how they make the bread at Edible Options but their multi grain, cranberry and chees bread is simply wonderful. It's soft, tasty, stays fresh, looks good and is healthy. Expensive but worth every penny. You are amazing! And our Christmas stuffing was to die for!! THANK YOU PS: We had breakfast at the Sunrise Grill next door and they serve your bread!!
