What bella italia doesn't like about Chuck's Roadhouse And Grill:
Don’t come here. I clearly see why there were not many people on the weekend.Beer was really flat and we told the server. The server said the “boss” did not agree and he doesn’t want to change it to different one. We ended up ordering another one and still pay for that flat beer that we did not even drink it. The server was nice though. View all feedback.
This roadhouse is a great find! The menu offers delicious options and a good selection of beers and cocktails. The highlight for us was definitely the desserts and the excellent service. What's even better is the reasonable prices. Our group of six adults and two children over 7 dined here for $206.00.
We had dinner for a party of 6 at this restaurant. The food was typical North American cuisine. The atmosphere was cozy with a nice wooden decor. It felt like a chain restaurant trying to achieve a local vibe. The service was top-notch and they were very accommodating to our allergies. Overall, we would rate the food a 3 out of 5.
This was my first time visiting this restaurant and I believe it will be my last. When I first arrived, I was impressed by the size and comfort of the place compared to others in my city. The server was fine, and when my food arrived, it looked delicious. However, my enjoyment was short-lived when I noticed a fly on my plate. Before I could even snap a photo, the waitress had already taken my plate away. We waited for the manager to address the issue, but it never happened. The restaurant did remove the cost of the dish from the bill, but I was too disgusted to eat anything else. It was a disappointing experience.
Wasn't that great. Was a busy night. We got the steak bites, wings, mozza sticks and chicken strips. Steak bites were just plain nasty. Chicken wings are the battered frozen ones you get at the grocery store. Mozza sticks were good tho. Would not go backFood: 1/5
Amazing experience!I went with a group of colleagues (party of 10 total) and we ate outside on the patio. It was such a smooth experience that I forgot that I was at a restaurant at some points. The purpose of getting together for us was to learn a new card game, and the setting allowed us to do this with ease. Going in, I was worried about how much space we would have, but it didn't end up being an issue.Service was frequent but never felt overbearing or like an interruption. We stayed there for almost 4 hours having drinks and dinner and never felt pressured to move on. Food was tasty and very affordable. Our table ordered a wide variety of dishes and they all arrived within 5 minutes of the first dish, so everyone ate together. My finger didn't hesitate to go to the highest suggested tip on the machine, although in retrospect, I think the staff deserved more!Slight con for atmosphere, half star off on that sub-rating for each point:-I understand that space is limited, but one person in my party was sitting directly beneath a loud speaker, which made talking difficult at times.-Also not sure what the smoking rules are, but breathing in second hand smoke for almost 4 hours did dampen the experience as a non-smoker myself. The smokers in my party were courteous and smoked a good distance away from the restaurant, but obviously not everyone extended that courtesy.Overall a great experience. I would consider this to be a budget occasion restaurant. Fast casual prices with fine dining service! I will be back!Parking: Plenty of parking. I didn't drive there, but no one in my party complained about parking.
