A&W - St. Catharines

The quality of this restaurant can vary depending on the location near you. The one near me consistently serves hot and delicious food. The chicken is amazing and the burgers are also quite good for fast food.

The A&W restaurants in Niagara Falls are not the greatest. The quality can vary by location, but I personally do not find one to be significantly better than the other. The A&W in Fort Erie, on the other hand, is excellent. The food is fresh, hot, and prepared correctly. Unfortunately, I often receive cold food or incorrect orders from the Niagara Falls locations. It is a shame because the Teen Burger is my favorite fast food burger.

Rip off big time. Terrible service. Don't go there Head office of A&W needs to read all of these terrible reviews and do something about it.

I decided to stay away from A&W for some time until they cleaned up their act. Nothing could be further from the clean up than this disturbing rip off yet again. Ordered grandpa burger, onion rings and diet root beer. Extra onions and extra lettuce and extra tomatoes. No ketchup. I was served regular root beer, compromised and unbattered onion rings, nothing on burger but cheese and I was overcharged as before with the rings. No deal. Ripoff. I also noticed that They're tricking people who don't suspect this from Asia who were dumping their food in the garbage.

Family likes to go to A & W because meats are hormone and steroid free. This location was clean and service was quick, reasonable prices. Burgers were very good with fresh ingredients. Fries were very good.
