He cooks up his specialties Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday lunch. Today we enjoyed his short rib grilled cheese sandwich. Tender and delicious short rib beef is layered with two kinds of cheese and grilled onions. Sandwiches together on fresh egg bread and grilled to perfection. Served on a bed of fresh cooked French fries. On our first visit we split a Turkey club sandwich. Sorry no photos of that one because we gobbled it up too quick!

I ordered grilled... read more We were excited to have this food truck in our neighborhood tonight as we moved from South Florida and have been looking for good wings here. I ordered grilled bbq medium and seasoned fry. I must say for $27.60 I was very disappointed. The wing were not crispy at all and almost felt mushy. The flavor was good but there was not a lot of sauce on them. I asked for blue cheese and was given one small container to go with 10 wings.The seasoned fries were good but not crispy either. I get with the cost of inflation but $27 for wings and fry is crazy.
