It to... read more This Bojangles had a notification in the drive thru window that they are short staffed, which should have been communicated at the drive thru speaker box. It took about 20 minutes for me to get my food, which I understand being short staffed for that, but my fries and chicken sandwich were both cold. It's like they had my order prepped and sitting on the counter to become frigid while it took them 20 minutes to service the person in front of us in line. Will never come back, better off getting Zaxbys next door or Bojangles at a different location.

The restaurant maintained a clean environment, contributing to a wonderful overall experience. The food I ordered was both fresh and delicious, which is rare in this industry. I want to commend the staff for their outstanding work and hope they continue to uphold this high standard.

After waiting outside for some time, I went back... read more I placed a curbside pickup order through the app and went inside the restaurant to let them know I was waiting. After waiting outside for some time, I went back in and found out they were not aware of my order. The restaurant was empty, and the drive-thru line was also clear. It took them 20 minutes beyond the scheduled pickup time to even start preparing my food. They acknowledged that they had forgotten about my order despite having six staff members working. To top it off, the food was stale, and no apologies were given.
