The restaurant maintained a clean environment, contributing to a wonderful overall experience. The food I ordered was both fresh and delicious, which is rare in this industry. I want to commend the staff for their outstanding work and hope they continue to uphold this high standard.
I placed a curbside pickup order through the app and went inside the restaurant to let them know I was waiting. After waiting outside for some time, I went back in and found out they were not aware of my order. The restaurant was empty, and the drive-thru line was also clear. It took them 20 minutes beyond the scheduled pickup time to even start preparing my food. They acknowledged that they had forgotten about my order despite having six staff members working. To top it off, the food was stale, and no apologies were given.
The restaurant provides fast and attentive service, with a spotless dining area and pristine restrooms. The interior is contemporary and well-kept. The staff is committed to ensuring your meal is delivered promptly. I especially loved the chicken tenders, dirty rice, biscuits, bo berry biscuits, and cinnamon biscuits. I will certainly come back to dine here again.
We waited in line for 40 minutes for our takeout, only to have a girl come outside to inform us that there would be an additional wait. When we finally got our food, it was cold as stone.
What a delicious grilled chicken sandwich I just had. Cooked to perfection. It was juicy and tender, and the bun was scrumptious. Comparable to Chic Fila or better. This will be my go to chicken sandwich place from now on.
