We were skiing for 2 months from St Anton and Murmele became our favourite lunchtime restaurant. Tucked away just off the piste at Stuben behind the church, there is a small, but perfect sun terrace that catches the lunchtime sun. Ambience wie man sich es in den Alpen wünscht, Essen lokal und ausgezeichnet, Service freundlich und zuvorkommend, wir sind begeistert.
Lovely place to have lunch. It's not a big place. So preferably you phone in advance to reserve a place. The restaurant interior is convenient traditional Tyrolean wooden furniture that have stood the test of time, it has a small bar and dining tables spread over two smallish rooms. The menu has the usual traditional Austrian choices

Wer nach einem langen Skitag noch ein oder zwei Bier und ein leckeres Stück Apfelstrudel essen möchte, kommt am Murmele nicht vorbei - super angenehme Atmosphäre, jederzeit wieder.
Eine sehr gemütliche Atmosphäre vor allen Dingen im Winter Das Essen und auch die heiße Schokolade ist sehr lecker :)
