Imo's Pizza - St Ann

Mean Chicken and Jalapeños PIZZA! Fast delivery, crust was nice and slightly crispy as I like it. You are not cheap with the toppings I can tell you that to refer to photos! Sauce seemed quite unexistent, but the pizza was delicious. Thank you.

We are from San Antonio and had to try ImoS pizza we had a recommendation and it was worth waiting for . It was so good everything was fresh and hot!!!

Ordered at 11:00 on a Saturday night. Was told the wait would be about an hour from the website. I called the store around 11:50 to check on order (as the store closes at 12:00) and was told the driver would be here with my order in a few minutes. Fast forward to 12:45, pizza still hadn?t arrived. I had to call the restaurant again only to get the response that the driver?s car broke down and they were actually on the way this time. Food arrives 2 hours after ordering and it was cold and incorrect. I ordered a 14? and received a 12?. I tried calling the store to get it fixed but of course it was closed at the time. Very unprofessional of them for not considering to call me when they found out the driver was having issues. My contact info was easily displayed on the receipt. Won?t be ordering from them in the future.

Very fast and away from the crazy plazas for a bit of peace. The employees are so kind and considerate of my time. They deserve a raise or a promotion for their high etiquette serving several dozen customers in a high quality manner. Very respectable for this location. Very clean bathroom and surroundings.

Hoping to spare anyone the disgust that is this I'm leaving a review for the St Ann Imos. I also had a pizza with red hot flakes I didn't ask for that was obviously left on the end of the oven half burnt. Could be because I didn't leave a tip. The night manager gave me a scary look after I quickly signed I don't know. More thought it was a bunch of kids making food without masks. I did call to speak with the manager in hopes to bring attention to this but I was told to call a Joe tomorrow and that he wouldn't want to be bothered in the evening. Just a heads up go another 2 miles to the Bridgeton location. This is why out of towners aren't impressed with stl pizza and either am I anymore. Good luck Imos
