I asked for the flat bread ,first day they said we are just 2 people working we can’t make it , Next day the said oh sorry we cleaned the grill. The day after they said we don’t start make until 11am . Just say we don’t ofer that and done . Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 View all feedback.
Never has any food. I order via the app and every single time I pick up at drive thru they say let me check if I have that and there 's always at least one item missing. But how do you not have staple items like chicken noodle soup or timbits not a specific timbit but ZERO timbits from a donut shop. I want to like this place due to its convenient location and the service is friendly enough but why go here to be disappointed every single time. Either update the app to identify what 's sold out or better yet, make sure you have food available.

Everytime I’ve been to this Tim Hortons they never have anything that they show on their menu you could ask for a simple coffee or tea and they’d say sorry we don’t have that made right now they NEVER have any kind of food made and if you ask for it they say they don’t have any. waste of time putting it in Edgemont as I still have to drive to another location where they actually offer the items they show on their menu would give 0 star if they had that option
They never greet you at the window or even smile. In the drive thru they always make you wait so they “can check” so their drive thru time is less at the window and it creates lots of traffic. Even if you order water they’ll need time to check they have it Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4
Had the worst experience, they just look after the drive in orders. Waited for 20 minutes for chicken creaveables, when I asked , lady said they did not get the order yet, when she checked again in the system , the person who took the order did not even pass it to the team who prepared or he never cared. Horrible to the core. The one who delayed the order was standing without even apologizing as if he meant it to happen. Service: Take out
