Tim Hortons - St. Andrew's Parish

It's one of the worst Tim's I've been to.. waited forever in line, then got to the cash to order and everything we went to order we kept getting told.. we don't carry that . Oh, we don't have that.. no, we don't carry that either.. WHY IS IT ON THE MENU IF YOU DONT CARRY IT?!?!??!?! So then we have to figure out what everyone wants that they have in stock, holding up everyone else waiting in line.. so we order and sit down.. we get our drinks, and we wait and wait and wait for our food. My bf goes up and asks for the food, and is told that we didn't order food he assured them that we did, and then they said that he didn't order what he said he did and he assured them that he did order that then they say that the cashier screwed up.. and that they hadn't even started making our food... we had to be somewhere and didn't have even more time to sit around and wait, so we had to leave without the food that we paid for.. thanks for the great service!

Got coffee cold. Had to remind them about parts of my orders. Got food wrong. They were Understaffed Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: CA$10–20 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Please fix your parking lot. It’s damaging vehicles with the all the pot holes and craters. Thank you

It's a great place if you just want to sit down for a coffee and a donut. And also if you want to have a full grown meal. Love the atmosphere and the space it's quite open. Got to go there. They are relatively fast as well. Mom and I go there with Pop often. As well as friends. Service: Dine in Meal type: Brunch

Very bad service old lady on the counter very rude 90 percent of the time u cant use the washrooms even if u buy from here. Awful service . Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
