Tim Hortons - St. Andrew's Parish

Just went to this tim’s to get myself coffee and my little sister a cup of water. I ordered my double double and her ice water CUP, not bottle, and the lady charged me 20 cents for the cup of water. She said “I just put it on the order as hot water because there was no cold water feature haha.” Maybe there is no cold water option because cold water is supposed to be free. Next, the middle aged cashier at the window handed us our drinks and when I tried to ask for a sleeve for my hot coffee, she held a finger up to me as if to say shut up because she was busy taking a drive thru order at the same time. Incredibly rude. This tim’s has also burned my coffee before. Don’t come to this location. This is the last you’ll see of Emma Episode.

Just moved to the area a 2 weeks ago. Trying to make this my new spot to stop in the mornings for my 8 kids and myself but I have yet to receive anything of quality come out of this location. Out of last 14 days ive gotten one proper meal out of this location. Iced Capps are super runny. Buns are rock hard. Have to peel edges off just to eat it. To top it all off I was patiently waiting to order this morning and the lady at the till decided to skip me and go to the next in line. Abosulty horrible service. Don't waste your money drive a bit farther to other locations. They actually care at other locations to serve you exactly what you order. Will be contacting corporate to make complaint as many other people are having problems here too. Maybe some new management is needed. I also garentee I'll get a copy paste response because the owner refuses to be accountable to the customer. Yet another red flag.

Today I went to order my food which I order everyday and have been getting everyday without any problems. But today I ordered a white wrap with hashbrown and chipotle sauce which I order mostly every time and no body says anything as they charge me for white wrap, hashbrown and the sauce. But today the person I was ordering he said he was supervisor to talk to and said we don’t take such orders. I told him it is not only this time hortons but every time hortons have been allowing me. As you guys have no wrap for vegetarian people specifically in morning. I really used to like this tim but not anymore as the way they served me today being a regular customer to them. Mostly every employee has been giving me this wrap but today the have issues. I need some action to be taken or either you guys should add some veggie breakfast wraps.

This is the worst Tim Hortens that I have been at. The service,what service! Atmosphere is the worst. Will not be stopping their anymore
