So helpful and amazing staff. The tim hortons connected to the esso just down the road accepted my online order while they were closed and took my money. The amazing staff at this tim hortons gave me the same order completely free to help me out. All they asked for was the receipt and i was on my way. Thankfully this tim hortons was here to help me. Well I have to thank one of your associates who works early inthe morning.. I had some change and I ordered a coffee, and when I got to the window to pay , turns out I was short by 5cents !!! And she wouldn’t give me the coffee and I had to use my debit card!! And since then I’ve never been to any Tim hortons , I make my own coffee at home and it’s so much better! Yesterday around noon I was disgusted seeing Tim Hortons employee diging and pulling hairs out of his nose, it was in his car in front of the store. He had me in his sight but he wouldn 't care to stop! He was older/mid age Filipino guy. Now you can just imagine what is it like in the back with whatever he 's doing. What a disgrace!
