Teriyaki Corner Japanese Bistro

Nice boutique restaurant located in summerside. I tried the Japanese style fried rice with chicken and it was really good. The bubble tea is refreshing and well made. Good seating space and quick service!

The food quality here is way better than Tokyo Express in my opinion. I am not a fan though of their Sushi menu. Panko Salmon Bowl and Pork Loin Bowl highly recommended!

I don't understand the negative reviews here at all. I've been going here regularly since I moved to Edmonton in September and I've only had positive experiences. First off, I've been to many places in the city for sushi and this is the only one I've come back to. Secondly, the service is great. The ladies that work here are extremely friendly and helpful when recommending menu items. They know my name and also have even memorized my order! Third, the food is always fresh! The salmon melts in your mouth and the tuna is nice and flavorful. The prices are good too. For a dinner Maki/sushi bento that I get upgrade to all salmon sushi and spicy salmon rolls, it comes to $16 which is extremely fair for the quantity and quality of food you get here. I hope this review might change some people's minds about coming here instead of reading all these falsely negative reviews!

Good for quick and cheap sushi. I ordered take out for the Mexican roll, Spicy salmon roll and the Kim Chi . Took a bit longer to get my food than expected, but not as bad as other sushi places I've been to. Kim Chi was very bland, which was disappointing, but the rolls were good and quite filling for the price.

Getting better. First tried this spot when they opened and I was pretty underwhelmed. We decided to try them again and I think they've improved a lot. The special meaty rolls are excellent! Hope to find more good items. The yakitori isnt very good, quite rubbery. <br/ <br/ The staff is very friendly, they should be proud of their excellent service.
