Subway - St. Andrew's Parish

I visited this subway around 7-8 o clock, there was a young lady at the counter she was not even interested giving me the subway, she didn’t even greeted me and was just sitting on the chair… added the veggies which I didn’t want to add, total disaster. She needs some training before working in a customer service filed. Even the veggies were not fresh…. Not visiting this place again, suggesting you guys too do not eat from here.

Bad customer service from the team. They are very rude and very unprofessional.

Worst subway I ever visited. The breads and meat both were stale. When I asked the lady at the counter, she said the bread gets like that when toasted. I mean seriously ?? Was I eating sub for the first time ?? I had to throw the food in trash. Worst staff I encountered with at subway ! Refund is so out of question the staff didn’t even apologize. Disgusting customer service. Severely disappointed. I will surely write to its management as well.

I visited today . the lady working in front should learn customer service .. i asked her i need sauce in veggies .. she throws away the veggie patty on the paper …. like are you serious …. never visiting again …. worst customer service ever .. she does not deserve even one

I come there today around 1:50 pm and there were 2 people. One was an indian lady and there was an white old man. The indian lady didnt listen to me properly and i told her to grill the sub but she didnt. I told them it was to go but the old white man didnt listen and he put it in a tray. When i told him it was to go he showed me attitude and he threw the bag at me.
