What RobL doesn't like about Starbucks:
Once again, the staff were unable to get a simple order correct. “1 venti passion iced tea and 1 venti passion iced tea, no lemonade, no sweet”. Seems simple to me, but then again, I’m not a highly trained barista. Perhaps there is some subtlety I’m missing. The staff here are very friendly and always get my order done quickly. I was helped by Fletcher the other day in the drivethru who was lovely!
