Real Canadian Superstore 23rd Avenue

Lately, it's been a consistent issue to have something wrong with my order with PC Pickup at this location. Whether it's rude and careless employees, or it's missing items that I'm still being charged for. Last month I had multiple items missing that I was charged for, and substitution items I declined but still got charged for, when I called the store to get it resolved, I was transferred from the Pickup department to the Customer Service department, and back, and even hung up on by the lady working in the Pick up department. Last night I encountered the same issue, I was charged for items I ordered, but they were missing from my order. Based on my last experience, I didn't even bother calling the store this time. I've decided that I'll start shopping elsewhere.

Charged me for an order which was never delivered and didn’t bother to follow up. Customer support is non existent. No wonder their profits are at all time high. In addition to price gouging they also supplement with a side of fraud!

One staff member helpful other not so he did not communicate with customer after being asked to assist me. Communication from him would of been helpful yet his colleague was upfront on Communication.

Clean, friendly, organized. I will be coming here again. Thank you!

Typical Superstore. Same as all the rest. Best value for grocery shopping by far!
