Pizza Hut Edmonton Westlawn

Just realized my original review had been posted on the Pizza Hut in Meadowlark when my horrible experience was at THIS location so I will repost my review here! This happened approximately 2 months ago in May, and I did contact Pizza Hut's head office to file a complaint, and I have not heard back from anyone since so I think that speaks to the overall customer service of this company. Now they are advertising a 9 inch 3 topper pizza for $11.99... comical LOL.This is why I order from pizza73!!! Imagine this tiny pizza costed me $15 and it wasn’t even a 9” from their pizza recipe menu! Such a rip off and the “manager” at this location has 0 customer service!I go in and was under the impression the “create your own” pizzas would be $10.99+ tax for a 9” that you’re allowed 2 toppings so I got bacon and pepperoni, no veggies no extras. it was $14.97. I asked the cashier why it was so much and she said because the $10.99 was for cheese only?? NO WHERE on the menu does it state cheese only. I also thought their 9” would be somewhat bigger so I bought it even though I felt uneasy. I get home and open the box and the pizza is so small! For $15! I call the restaurant hoping to get a refund or to upgrade to their $16.99 box and I was willing to pay whatever difference and the “manager” basically tells me there’s nothing she can do and the cost was the cost. I said this was not what I was expecting at all and not what I wanted. it was so expensive for the one tiny pizza. I would never spend $15 on this lmao. I get told nope, that’s it. No refunds, no good customer service to make the customer happy, no nothing. I literally will never go to Pizza Hut again, specifically this location.

Do not order from the store! last two orders, there was barely any cheese, hardly any pepperoni and tons of sauce! this last time, I received 2 quarts of ice cream for $26 the manager screamed and yelled at me for a half an hour saying I didn’t order a pizza online I ordered 2 quarts of ice cream for $26 and change she then refused to come pick up her ice cream and give me back my money or bring me the pizza I had ordered! I had to call customer service to get my money back! DO NOT ORDER pizza from this store! save your money! Manager is ignorant, rude, and they make pizza so cheap you may as well have a jar of pizza sauce on some dough; because that’s what you’re going to get if you order a pizza from here that’s if they send a pizza to you because like I said this last time, they didn’t even bring the pizza! I paid $26 and change for 2 quarts of ice cream!

This is a new location for this pizza hut. They moved put of my delivery zone, but I still come here over delivery, because they make their pizza better.

We order pizza from here yesterday; may 10 2022 BIG mistake . I got very sick and I am still ? I had diarrhea all nigth i am very weak. The pizza dougth was mushy, under cook like playdough..Please cook your food properly. Next time I will report you guys..Cook it well , this place should be reported for making people sick!!!

I visit the west lawn pizza hut as the pizza was very amazing. The customer service by the manager HANA was very nice as she was very polite and friendly. So i really recommend……
