Mcdonald's - St. Andrew's Parish

I'm always greeted with a smile by the front counter staff. So nice to start your day with a great cup of coffee and a smile ?.

I'm not sure if there's microphone issues. But when I request a side of ketchup, or ranch sauce for my wraps, and it's been acknowledged why is it ALWAYS overlooked? Maybe the communication between the staff needs to be more accessible. I can't count how many times several locations mess up my order. I requested no pickles, so they add EXTRA pickles. I asked for Root beer. I'm given Iced tea. I asked for 2 sandwiches, i get one. Where is the issue? Its been driving me to other Fast Food Restaurants due to the atrious order correctness

This specific location is leaps and bounds ahead of all other McDonalds, and we’ve been to a ton of them. They have a play place. Often there is staff running games inside the play place. Mistakes happen with orders sometimes and they are always fast and efficient to make it right, and often go above and beyond with a free offer to make up for their error. We pass by 4 other closer McDonalds between here and home on purpose to come here. Keep up the awesome service!

Is it really so hard to put a straw in a bag? Or do i have to pay for that too? I have ordered uber eats from here about 5 times now and have never recieved a straw, i have sensitive teeth so i litterally cannot drink without a straw.

Fries were hot, bit had no crispness. Big Mac was smothered in special sauce and was mushy. It was falling apart by the second bite. Gave a 2 because coffee was good. Bathrooms locked.
