The two lady’s working have terrible customer service, made 3/5 ice creams wrong. Wrong toppings, sizes and flavours. Disappointed. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Used to love this place, but the past few years it has been awful.. we haven’t been in years and now I remember why. Took my sons here for a treat and all of the mixins were stale and disgusting, cookie dough was so hard it literally almost broke my tooth. Even my 4 and 5 year old barely touched their ice cream And said it tasted weird. We also got there 10 minutes after opening and I seen the lady lock the door and put the “be back in 5 minutes” sign up, we waited outside for 20 minutes until she unlocked the door. There was no other customers and it took her 15 minutes to make our orders. The chocolate was so stale it was white. We all only took a few bites and felt sick afterwards. $28 for 2 small ice creams. Super disappointing and will not go back.

Will never go back. They weigh the ice cream for the containers but the containers are not full. I doubt there's much difference between the medium and regular container. What I asked for was not mixed completely and there were big chunks left. Whatever add ons you want is such a tiny amount. These places charge so much for so little and poor customer service. When they have to close their doors forever they need to read all comments to understand why that happened. Go to safeway and get your money's worth. This place isn't it.

The marble slab in clearview had a very rude worker the man got mad at me cause my card didn't work and started cussing at me and when my mom came in he acted like a whole new person
