Sooo good! Food was amazing! So many choices. We picked randomly off various menus and everything was delicious. Ambiance was perfect and staff were helpful and fun. We loved the cocktails and our fav dishes were brussel sprouts, chicken skewers and brushcetta! Will be stopping by again soon. What M Tan doesn't like about Epic Downtown:
We have been visiting this place back when it was still named, 5th Street Food Hall. This is our first time since they have revamped the restaurant. It certainly provided a fancy vibe with the additional lights and decors on the walls. The tables were the same. We appreciate that the parking is now free for customers. Danyil and the rest of the servers are accommodating, skilled and efficient. We were just surprised... View all feedback.
Went here to start off my bachelorette party, and was very happy with our service. Tony was patient with us and even curated drinks to our liquor preference when we couldn’t make up our minds. Dinner was delicious and the vibe of the place is great, I was worried about it being too “bar-y” but it was very nice Will definitely be coming back. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

My friends and I came here for dinner tonight. We made a reservation and arrived on time to be met with an event already taking place. The restaurant still honoured our reservation and brought us through the side door. A lady who I believe to be a manager later apologized for this. I would not have brought this up if not for the terrible service throughout the rest of the evening. The servers had no idea about the food restrictions on the menu but communicated with the kitchens efficiently about the allergies. However, when we were served the food seemed to forget about the allergies all together. The food came out slowly. First, a portion of my meal followed 20 minutes later by one of my friends. 10 minutes later another dish and so on. All together it took about an hour for all of the food to get to our table. The pricing on the portion of food you get is almost laughable. For $14 you get about $5 worth of fries, the brussels sprouts were burnt and my partners food was bland. When it was time to pay our bills the server had no problem watching how much we tipped which was uncomfortable as he had not paid our table much attention at any other point in time. Also he told us to register our cars after we were done eating and then looked at us like we had a third head when we asked about registering like we were told. We seemed to be an inconvenience and a waste of time. Will not be dining here again and hope others have a better experience.
Not accessible. They have a ramp but they blocked it off with planters.
Epic is a really special spot. Their menu accommodates a myriad of preferences and cravings. All of the Chef in Residence menus are well thought-out, each with multiple very strong entries. The only thing in common between them is how great the taste and value are! We 've tried a lot of their cocktails too, all great! The servers are friendly and accommodating too. Highly highly recommend! Service: Dine in
