Took 2 packs of sushi. Sushi was not delicious. But it’s a good

Lady at the till was fantastic but the cooks they didn’t clean their hands before cooking then proceeded to serve me chicken that had already been cooked and when I asked they said it was fresh even though I had not seen them cook fresh chicken. They were also really combative saying our chicken is fresh by grabbing their chicken container with no gloves. I also see them cook other peoples food without cleaning their hands after using their phones no sanitation whatsoever.

I got supper here last night, when they gave me my order immediately it was wrong. I asked for sushi they gave me spring rolls, told them they switched it out no problem. Unfortunately I didn’t realize until I got home I was given rice instead of noodles. He asked me if I wanted rice or noodles to which I said I wanted noodles, he asked me if I wanted skinny or thick said skinny is ramen so I said skinny. We live 20 minutes away from the WEM, so when I got home opened my box to a mountain of rice I wasn’t very happy about that considering the whole point I went to get food was for noodles. $28 for a box you can’t even get the order right?? I don’t think I’ll be going to this location again anytime soon, it’s really disappointing to have a little craving for noodles, do a 20 minute drive have your order completely wrong when you get home. Only reason I didn’t notice at the store was because it was covered in a mountain of greens chicken which I don’t mind, just wish I had the noodles I asked for. The only thing they got right on my entire order was the chicken the 2 little pieces of tempura shrimp.

Loved their bowls with shrimp. I wish we had this brand in Ontario.

Wouldn’t give me some water after there was a hair in my food boss is disgusting and very rude, please do not go here!
