First time, came for lunch around 2pm and ordered the beef and chicken bento box. I was hoping for some hot sake but there was none in stock.Space was about half full. I noticed the music was fairly loud and some patrons were shouting over it.Food was excellent. Flavour punches throughout the bento. I have been to damso numerous times and everytime the food is incredible. The place itself is beautifully decorated. The service however is terrible and the bathrooms are always in rough shape. Absolutely mouthwatering! The yakitori at this restaurant is beyond delicious. Every skewer is bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection. The ambiance is cozy and inviting, making it the perfect spot for a memorable dining experience. The service is top-notch, with friendly staff who go above and beyond to ensure your satisfaction. Absolutely love this place!!! The staff were fantastic and the food was Delicious. I spent a little more than average but it was absolutely worth it.(expect $20-$30 per person+tip)

I went yesterday with friends and I really liked the inside and the decorations. The food I got was reeeeally tasty and I may go back at some point, but the service was just terrible.Our whole table got only 1 carafe of water and didn't get a second one the entire 2 hours we were there. Our table was already missing a menu and we're waiting on ordering for 30 mins, and during that time before we ordered, the waiter came up and took the menu from my hands while I was looking at it because they didn't have enough... Like bruh. Maybe take our order then you can take all the menus. I personally ordered 3 appetizer things (for my partner and I) and only got 2. And just to clarify, it was like only 3/4 full, so kind of of busy but still not the worst. I noticed another table that sat down after us had gotten food before we did. And another table also were wanting a menu but didn't get one for a while as well.I have never left a restaurant hungry until that point.
