Dairy Queen Grill Chill

Ordered 2 blizzards. Brought them home. They were liquid consistency. The drive home is a couple mins. Put in the freezer for 30 mins, and they still weren’t solid and had a weird texture. Called the store to tell them about it. They acknowledged that the machine was being over used, due to being busy, and the icecream would not have time to freeze between orders. The only way they would give a credit or refund was to bring the blizzards back into the store. We used to be regular customers, but will now drive 10 minutes away to the next closest DQ.

I like DQ, the staff was great I liked my food. My only concern is that the burgers at all DQs seem a little bland. Overall though, great place for tasty food. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Hi came into Dairy Queen yesterday evening and ordered some blizzards. The lady at the till was a new employee and was being trained by Danica the manager. I was very impressed by the way she spoke to her encouraging and empowering her. Her patience and ability to make help her employee feel at ease was great to see. She also made sure our orders were done right and changed one of our blizzards to ensure that is exactly what we wanted. The blizzards were great thank you to all the employees and job well done Danica!

Just got my order delivered from there through Uber Eats. Pretzel Sticks hard and dry.. Definitely not fresh. And the Blizzard was in a bag, open lid and melted ice cream running out and all over the bag. Disappointed how they packaged it up!
