The Chopped Leaf - St. Albert

I visited this restaurant for the first time and received the wrong wrap. I had ordered a Mediterranean wrap but was given a Bangkok wrap instead. When I mentioned the mistake, they insisted that I had ordered incorrectly. On my second visit, I heard them announce “Mediterranean with chicken” when my order was ready, which was exactly what I had ordered, but when I checked, there was no chicken in it. I won't be returning to this location; it’s evident that they do not prioritize providing customers with the correct orders. It was frustrating to feel let down by their service. If you decide to eat here, I suggest checking your wrap before leaving to make sure they got it right.

I've ordered from this place multiple times via Skip and usually get the same dish: the Baja quesadilla with chicken. However, when my order arrived today, it was filled only with vegetables and completely absent of chicken. How can you forget such a key ingredient?

Given how delicious the other Chopped Leaf locations in Edmonton are—Mayfield being my favorite—I had high hopes for this one. Unfortunately, both the food quality and customer service fell short. I paid $14 for a Chicken Wrap No. 6, and it was quite disappointing coming from this location. I've tried ordering here multiple times, but each experience has left me underwhelmed. When I spoke with the manager, she informed me that they had changed their menu, including modifications to the wrap, and suggested I keep this in mind. I really enjoy Chopped Leaf, but I won't be returning to the St. Albert location.

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant due to the behavior of the staff. The young ladies working there were quite rude. They informed us that we needed to leave because they were closing, and we sincerely apologized for not realizing it was closing time. As we stood up to put on our coats and cover our unfinished meal, they abruptly turned off all the lights and laughed as if it were amusing to rush us out of the darkened restaurant. I will not be returning.

It was disappointing to feel as though my concerns were not taken seriously. As a loyal customer, it's disheartening to be treated in this way. I hope management pays attention to this issue, as the food is good, but the service could drive customers away.
